" Laura’s nutritional coaching was eye opening. I was worried that the portions would be too small or the calories too restrictive or the choices not wide enough. I was WRONG. The recipes were amazing, quick, simple and so varied (even for me, a pescatarian). It tasted so good and the portions were so filling that sometimes I struggled to eat them all.
